My name is Leo Chen, I am a senior engineer at Xero, and also a full-stack engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience across enterprise SaaS and digital agencies.
My technical background is in C#, AWS Cloud, PHP, JS, and SCSS.
Having worked in both high-velocity agency environments and large-scale SaaS systems, I combine speed with architectural rigor. I take deep ownership of what I build, pride myself on clear execution, and have a solid track record of maintaining strong, long-term relationships with every team and client I’ve worked with.
